The tools. Structured exercises you work through yourself, from the Wheel of Life to GROW to Ikigai. Each one keeps what you wrote.
Viv. Someone to think out loud with at the hours when nobody else is awake. Viv asks more than tells, and is honest about being an AI.
A coach. For when you want a person. Every coach here has had their qualification and their insurance checked, and you pay them directly.
They are not separate
A goal you set in one tool is the same goal everywhere. Viv can see it. A coach can too, if you show them.
Nothing moves anywhere without you choosing it.
Who built it
PiViva was built by Ralph Varcoe, a certified NLP trainer who has spent nearly 30 years in business and rather longer being curious about how people change.
